GSA Policy Violation - Part 1

The focus was specifically on the Gender and Sexuality Alliance clubs because of legislative endeavors to become a gender affirming state where there are no provisions in place for minors on sterilization, puberty blockers, hormone treatment, and abortion. And because as the name announces, these clubs are focused on genders and sexuality. After reviewing the records request, it was apparent that these clubs were not student led. GSA Policy Violations - Part 2

It is inappropriate and unethical on the behalf of principals, teachers, and staff as the name of the group is enough to tell one that it is an inappropriate topic and content that is being taught and presented to minor children during and after school hours, with outside resources had been brought in to discuss gender and sexuality with students without parental consent. Teachers are not acting as a non-participating advisor and often are the same person running the groups year after year. These are the very behaviors that constitute grooming of students.
